Congratulations to Ross Weaver who has just finished working on his first global television ad campaign “Dancing in the Street”(featuring Nicole Scherzinger) that kicks off Qatar Airways’ official FIFA World Cup 2018 Russia campaign.
Ross worked as an intern at Urban Foundry whilst he was studying BA Advertising and Brand Design at University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) in Swansea. During his time with us he worked on numerous projects including the launch of a new eco fashion range – Last Clothing. This gave Ross the opportunity to use his skills to re-brand the range and present his ideas in a pitch to Last Clothing’s founder in London’s prestigious Soho House.
We have a long-standing relationship with both Swansea University and UWTSD. We run an Academy for students to work as interns with us. The majority of these interns go on to take up paid work with us. On graduation, Ross moved to Amsterdam and is now working as a Creative and Art Director for advertising agency 180 Kingsday.
We always knew Ross would be a creative star and we are all thrilled (but not at all surprised!) that he has achieved so much success.
