How we do it

Our approach is multi-disciplinary and collaborative and combines creative thinking with a strong theoretical understanding and a pragmatic entrepreneurial approach – we’re experts in what makes people and places tick, and that informs everything we do. We’re also a friendly bunch and we love what we do.

Who we work with

Nobody has a monopoly on great ideas and so we work with: businesses; social enterprises; charities and non-profit organisations; people in communities; funding bodies; universities; the public sector. We work across Wales and England and our work ranges from small community projects and micro-enterprises, through to multi-million pound countrywide initiatives.

How we can help

How we can help varies – from short workshops, to remote support, to more involved / embedded working relationships. Our support is flexible and responsive to your needs. We’re always happy to talk – give us a call or send us an email and we can discuss what you need and how we can help.
