To celebrate Living Wage Week, we asked some of the Urban Foundry team to share their passions, hobbies, and vocations.
The new Living Wage rates were announced in September, and these were independently calculated based on what people need to get by. We want our staff to earn a wage that meets the cost of living, not just the Government minimum.
We are proud to be a Living Wage UK accredited employer and pay our employees a real Living Wage. In the cost-of-living crisis it’s more important than ever.
