Gareth Willis-Falco

Gareth is project manager for our PopUp Wales initiative. He has project managed meanwhile space commissions for us for Swansea Council, Bridgend Council, Caerphilly Council, and Quadrant Shopping Centre. He also led on our work for Swansea Council delivering the Arts Arkade popup space.

Gareth also created and manages our Swansea Library of Things and Swansea In Gloom initiatives and has coordinated some of our 51.6 talks.

He has a background in cinema and events in Bristol, Gareth has specialised in analogue and digital cinema technologies and has been involved in festivals including Wildscreen, Cinema Rediscovered, Festival of Ideas, No Boundaries, and the first BBC See Hear Festival.

Since moving to Wales, Gareth has been a venue manager in hospitality and creative venues gaining experience in programming, marketing and buildings management.  You’ll often find him on the beaches in Gower rambling, swimming and (occasionally!) paddleboarding and yelling encouragement (and occasional constructive advice) from the stands at the Ospreys and Wales rugby teams.
