We provide practical, honest support to help businesses and organisations grow sustainably, from start-ups and social enterprises to established organisations.
We help organisations understand, strengthen and demonstrate the difference they make, drawing on our own experience as a B Corp and social enterprise.

Urban HQ
Urban HQ is a flagship Urban Foundry project, transforming the disused former Swansea Police Headquarters into a vibrant café, workspace, event space and creative hub. Home to 15 purpose-driven businesses, it brings together enterprise, creativity and community under one roof. Operated as a social enterprise, Urban HQ gives an important city-centre building new purpose while creating lasting social and economic impact for Swansea.
Swansea Bay Street Markets
The award-winning Swansea Bay Street Markets is a long-running Urban Foundry social enterprise, bringing vibrant independent markets to communities across Swansea. Showcasing the best of Welsh food, drink, crafts and creativity, our markets support local traders while creating lively spaces where people come together. For over 13 years, we’ve helped hundreds of small businesses reach new customers, brought energy and footfall to neighbourhoods and high streets, and helped make Swansea a more vibrant, welcoming and connected city.
PopUp Wales
PopUp Wales is a successful Urban Foundry project transforming empty spaces into opportunities for new businesses, ideas and communities. Working with local authorities and property owners, we provide affordable, flexible spaces that bring vacant units back to life. The project has delivered over 100 pop-ups across Wales, helping entrepreneurs test ideas, grow businesses and bring new energy to town centres.
