FROM MARKET STALL TO HIGH STREET

Food Anarchy, Swansea

Chef Philip Fraser used Swansea Bay Street Markets as a place to test Food Anarchy, meet customers and develop the business.

Trading at Marina Market gave Philip the opportunity to refine what he was doing, build a loyal customer base and gain the confidence to take the next step.

In 2024, Food Anarchy opened a permanent premises on Gorseinon High Street in partnership with Happy Little Cake Company – taking the business from street food to the high street.

“The markets gave us the confidence to grow. Being surrounded by creative, driven people feeds energy into your business. We wouldn’t be where we are without that experience.”

Philip Fraser, Food Anarchy
